Range
Footprint Books distributes academic, specialist and trade books from more than fifty (50) publishers around the world. With such a list, we’re able to offer you a range of titles that is incredibly broad, yet enables you to develop a point of difference.
We also offer full sale or return (SOR) to ensure you have the maximum time to turn your stock over (conditions apply… see Terms and Conditions for more information).
Local Stock Holding and Speedy Delivery
We aim to hold most of our titles in stock at any given time, and with regular airfreight orders, we’re able to turn around your purchase orders quickly, even if we are temporarily out of stock.
Reporting
We are able to provide ONIX feeds on a weekly or monthly basis, to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information on our titles. We can also provide you with regular back-order reports so you’re kept up to date on the status of your orders.
Marketing and Other Support
We send new title information monthly, three (3) months in advance of publication date. This new title information includes jacket covers (if available at time of printing) and a synopsis of each major new release or new edition. These are devided into 5 brochures, Trade, Specialist ( Art, Film, Architecture etc), Academic ( Research, Sociology, Nursing etc), Education, and Allied Health and Medical. Your rep will visit with these new release brochures, however if you would like to receive them by email or mail then we can put you on our mailing list to receive them each month, ring customer service to subscribe.
Should you attend conferences and events in a book selling capacity, or conduct in-store promotions or window displays, we can also support you by suggesting a range of titles applicable to the event or promotion, and provide marketing support in terms of posters and jacket images (conditions apply… contact marketing@footprint.com.au for more information).

Shipping Information
Ordering from New Zealand – We ship every week on Friday, so orders received by 3pm Sydney time on Wednesday will ship the same week. Orders are delivered in Auckland on Monday, North Island on Tuesday and South Island on Wednesday and Thursday.
Urgent Orders in Australia – Orders can be sent by overnight service to State capital cities and a 2-3 day service to most country locations. This service is at additional cost dependent of weight, please contact our Customer Service for details.
